Welcome to Two-way Science South Australia

This website provides an outline of the Two-way Science program for Anangu Lands Schools. The work has strong connections to the original CSIRO project which began in 2016 and which has been shaped by the many Aboriginal educators, teachers, school leaders and scientists engaging in the Two-way Science program. The Two-way Science program

incorporates ideas and resources that are designed to assist schools to engage meaningfully with their communities and provide strong cultural affirmation for their students. A working group was established in 2021 to develop resources and practices that support the rigorous teaching of Science that is in line with the Department for Education’s guidelines.
